The second ICCA Asia Pacific Chapter Summit will be held in Yokohama, Japan from December 15th -16th, 2020 as a hybrid event.
At this year’s summit, we will introduce innovative ideas under the theme “Navigating a New Model for Meetings”. A model incorporating industry trends developed out of the current crisis and one which will be more resilient in the future. The event will mark an important step in the region’s recovery of its international meetings industry.
The brand new PACIFICO Yokohama North (opened Spring 2020) will be the on-site venue of the event. The summit logo of a “Treasure Ship & Mallet of Luck” fittingly represents Yokohama as Japan’s first port of call, where attendees will symbolically arrive by ship with new ideas to share and exchange, with the mallet depicting a tool in which attendees can further hammer out fruitful ideas to take home from the summit. The ICCA Asia Pacific Chapter hopes the hybrid nature of the event will provide, both on-site and on-line, members and attendees an avenue to convene, network and advance their knowledge with industry peers.
