Eric Abramson, Director of Major Accounts for GL events Venues, has been involved in the MICE Industry for the past 11 years. With more than 30 years of international sales and marketing management in Asia, North America, Latin America, and Europe, Eric has traveled to 93 countries and has lived abroad for 22 years (Japan, U.S., Mexico). Binational (French American), fluent in French, English, Spanish and proficient in Japanese, Eric holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s, summa cum laude, in hospitality management from Florida International University, Miami; and a business degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Paris. Involved with ICCA since 2011 in Europe and Asia, Eric currently serves ICCA as its Deputy Chair for the Asia Pacific Chapter (2020-2022); and was recently appointed global moderator for the Luxembourg Hub of the 2020 ICCA Congress. Eric was also a member of the Kaohsiung Protocol’s Advisory Group, a think tank setting the pace for this year’s ICCA first ever hybrid annual Congress.
